Grand Theft Auto IV หรือ GTA 4 มีตัวหลักคือ Grand Theft Auto IV ที่ตัวเอกคือ Niko เป็นเกมส์ที่มีทุนสร้างมหาศาลที่สุดในโลก หนุ่ม Niko ที่เป็นชาวยุโรปลักลอบเข้ามาทางเรือมาอย่างผิดกฎหมายมาที่เมือง Liberty City ที่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่า Liberty City ในภาคก่อน และจาก Niko ที่แสนธรรมดาก็มากลายเป็นนักฆ่ามืออาชีพ และก็จะรวมกับ Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City ซึ่งเป็นภาคเสริมของ GTA IV ที่รวมเอาภาคเสริม 2 อันเอาไว้ด้วยกันคือ The Lost and Damned และ The Ballad of Gay Tony รวมไปถึงเวอร์ชั่นแรกสุดด้วย

-Significantly smaller archive size (compressed from 19.3 to 13.3 GB)
